Kind of event the schedule generates: one of 'INSPECTION' (Inspection), 'TRAINING' (Training), 'INCIDENT' (Incident), 'PERMIT' (Permit deadline), 'EQUIPMENT' (Equipment maintenance), 'REPORTING' (Report deadline) or 'IBC' (IBC meeting).
