Committee status of the project, one of 'NOT_SUBMITTED' (Not submitted), 'SUBMITTED' (Submitted), 'APPROVED' (Approved), 'APPROVED_WITH_CONDITIONS' (Approved with conditions), 'DEFERRED' (Deferred (modifications required)) or 'DISAPPROVED' (Disapproved).
